1.  Build the Model

2.  Derive Beam Loads using the "Yield Line" (tributary area) approach.

      2a.  FE Load Decomposition

3.  Run general Building Analysis

          ► Include Slab in Building Analysis

      3a.   FE Floor Analysis (Flat Slab/ Sub-Frame)

          ► Check & verify analytical model in FE Analysis Post-Processing

         ► Merge column and/ or beam forces with lateral results from Building Analysis.

       3b.  Use same FE models (with slab meshed)

4.  Check & Verify "Analytical Model"

► Identify & resolve large deformation & unstable joints warning 

5.  Check Axial Load Comparison Report

6.  Design
